2. Service Description

LoopReview.in helps users upload, annotate, review, and manage design feedback loops.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful files, or share illegal/copyrighted content.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments processed through Razorpay. Refund requests allowed within 1–2 days if the service was not used. Refund processing time: 3–5 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Entriore Design LLP. Users retain rights to uploaded files.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for data loss, third-party failures, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes handled in Pune, Maharashtra.
